Question: How often do I have to change my home filter?
Answer: We recommend changing your air filter every 3 months.
Question: How do I know the right size to order?
Answer: On the side of most filters, you will find two sizes. The nominal size and the actual size. ALWAYS order the nominal filter size. For example, nominal size 16x20x1 (actual size 15 3/4x 19 3/4 x 3/4). If your are not sure of the filter size you need, don't hesitate to message our team for help selecting the right filter.
Question: Is it really that important to change my home filter?

Question: What is MERV ?
Answer: Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value, commonly known as MERV rating, is a measurement scale designed in 1987 by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) to rate the effectiveness and efficiency of the air filters.
Question: Do air filters have a shelf life? How long can they be stored?
Answer: When stored in a dry and clean environment, air filters can last for years. This product is perfect to store in your furnace room for use when needed.
Question: When should I change my air filter?
Answer: Air filters are generally replaced with the changing of the seasons. Its an easy way to remember to keep cleaning the air in your home.
Question: How long will it take to get my order?
Answer: Delivery for standard filters is 3 to 5 business days. Some exceptions may apply depending on location and time of year. For non-standard filters or specials orders, please add 5 business days.
